I feel grumpy right now so I just need to write it down.
I got the stomach flu. Again. I have had a really easy pregnancy other than catching every little thing going around. I have never had to call in sick before, and I have done it TWICE during this pregnancy. That makes me grouchy. That is a lot of money Cory and I are missing out on. Also, I get really bored sitting at home waiting to throw up. You can only watch tv for so long, ya know? Then you think you feel good enough to do something, so you try, and then you feel so terrible once you stand up. Like yesterday I pretty much wanted to die all day.
Okay that is my rant. I am so grateful to be pregnant and I am so so happy that these little bugs I catch don't affect the baby! I am grateful that my body is healthy most of the time, and that I am able to carry my little baby comfortably (most of the time) I was actually told that sickness helps the baby create antibodies, so if that is true, then yay! My Dr said I am "the picture of health" and that made me feel good.
Thanks for listening blog, I feel better now.

Weeks 1-8
Weeks 1-4:
I felt fine and didn't really know I was pregnant, although I think I did feel some implantation cramps on either side of my stomach so I was a tiny bit suspicious. (Technically you're not pregnant until week 3 or something like that, but I thought it would be fun to find pictures from those weeks too.)
(I think I was having a hard day... my first clue0
(We went off roading in our new truck)
(Cory had just gotten his wisdom teeth out... I assisted on his surgery:)
Week 5:
We find out we're pregnant!! I already posted about this, but we went to the Blackfoot fair and I was unusually tired and I came home and took a 2 hour nap. Then we bought a pregnancy test at Winco!
Weeks 6-8:
No much happened during these few weeks. I started feeling nauseated at random times throughout the day, I did have to take medicine to make it through my work day (I work at a dental office, so it was a necessity!). We did go to Cory's mission reunion in Provo and since there was a BYU game that night, the traffic was HORRIBLE. This happened at a time when I was starving all the time. I ate a whole baggy full of dry mini wheats to keep me going!
(Motab choir concert)
(Fun at my parent's property)

This is Man Speaking...Again
Hello Blog people, this is Cory speaking again. I have come to realize that when a woman is pregnant and still works each day, she gets tired by the end of the day. This was a revelation to me. So now that I understand that there is no such thing as endless amounts of energy, I have decided to pitch in and write a little about some fun recent things we have been doing.
I will let Hayley do the updating about the pregnancy and baby, and I will stick to the fun things we are cramming into our lives before the big (little really) addition comes to our family!
So for this post, lets look at the fun trip we took to.....California!!
I figure that the best way to do this is through pictures. Hopefully they are in order...
OKAY THIS IS HAYLEY NOW. I will be captioning the pictures. While I watch TV okay? (That is not a complete sentence)
We decided to take one last trip before the baby comes, so we decided to go to California and visit Cory's mission. It was SO much fun and I am so glad we could go! It was around 70 degrees there and it was just so . . . blissful!
(Me enjoying a Bob's big boy chocolate shake.. yummers!)
(Can you spot Cory?)
(A nice gentleman took this picture for us! I kinda just look fat in this, but it is alright)
(THE JAY LENO SHOW!!) We were able to be in the second row! And we got to go up at the beginning and high five him, but he and I clasped hands! It was a great show, he is nice and funny. We waited in line for 3 hours. When the show was about to start I started itching everywhere really bad. It was weird and made me very squirmy. But then it went away? I don't know what it was.)
(At City Walk in Universal Studios. We went here after the Jay Leno show and it was really fun and exciting! Except my body shut down, my pelvis started aching and I started waddling and the baby was like, "Please mom, sit down" Anyways City Walk just has a bunch of stores and restaurants that are fun.
(City Walkt)
(I loved the pretty blue sky and the palm trees... why I do I live where I live?)
Topanga Canyon! (Like Topanga from Boy Meets World, but I am guessing it isn't named after her)
(THE BEACH! This was in Malibu but not at Malibu beach, it is Will Rogers beach)
(Cory down by the water)
(I can't even tell you how much I loved the beach.)
( I really popped out in California!!)
(Bob McMann and I, I liked him, he was nice)
(Pretty mountains and sky)
(These are a little out of order... us with the Mcmanns!)
(Mt Whitney restaurant. I am not mad I promise)
(In front of the Lone Pine church house.. it was so cute like a miniature church!)
(Lone Pine)
(Alabama Hills)
(Cool film history museum)
(It was SO WINDY in Lone Pine. I am being attacked in this picture)
(I took a picture of this because in the top left corner it says, "nobody loves a fat man")
(So pretty!)
(A cool dress from the museum)
(The Lone Pine crew!! They all came out and it was so much fun and Cory felt very special)
(LA temple visitor's center)
(LA temple)
(Cory liked this Arby's sign)
(FLOWERS )
(Huge palm tree!)
(Our cute rental car that I loved)
(And last but not least, the Andersons! They were so nice and let us stay with them in their lovely home while we visited. They even sent us home with a box of California goodies!! Like Avocados, oranges, lemons... we have been eating them non stop. We loved staying with them! Thanks again!)
